Refund/Return Policy
At Computer World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer the following refund/return policy:
Returns:
- You may return products within [30] days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive the returned product.
- Please allow [7-10] business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions:
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- Damaged or defective products should be reported to us within [7] days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
